The Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) has opened a sign-up period for the new Conservation Stewardship Program (CSP) for Fiscal Year 2009, beginning this past Monday August 10, and extending through September 30. Organic farmers may find that this program has a lot to offer - check it out!

Accessing the New Conservation Stewardship Program, with links to a self screening checklist, the initial application form, and other vital practical information on the program and how to participate.
